This card is going to be launched with EB09 i.e "Divine Dragon Progression".
There is a rush towards this set and ofcourse clan Kagero, since this is the first legal grade 4 vanguard as of now although Silvest was first ever grade 4 printed.
Trivia:
This card holds the position of first ever grade 4 vanguard as this card existed in manga before Silvest but was printed later.
Players who used other clans are quite dissapointed with the launch of Nouvelle Dragon, since this card is quite powerful ofcourse its a grade 4.
